Open positions include full-time, part-time and PRN with immediate start. Must hold an IL nursing license and CPR certification; provide one-on-one patient care per physician care plans and document vitals and progress.
Qualifications
- Active IL nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
