AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an LVN/LPN to provide direct patient care in Marble Falls and surrounding areas. This PRN role supports an RN and requires travel to multiple locations with visits scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

On-call duties are not required. You will document patient progress, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and maintain accurate medical records. A TX LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of LVN/LPN experience are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed in Texas as LVN/LPN.
• One year of LVN/LPN work experience.
• CPR certification required; valid driver's license to travel to locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Document patient progress and nursing status changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain medical records; progress notes.
• Coordinate with home health team; communicate findings.
