Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the health care team, and perform care in alignment with physician orders and the plan of care.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and comfort with mobile devices and basic tech tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where you practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Education and experience, preferred.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with regional approval.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).
