Job summary

JOL Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under RN supervision. You will follow the plan of care, monitor health status, and communicate with the care team for seamless patient outcomes.

The role requires LVN licensure, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred). Travel locally and a flexible schedule are expected, with emphasis on compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Active state LVN license or multi-state NLC license.

The LVN follows the plan of care established by the RN and physician, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
