The position requires graduation from an approved LVN program, 1–2 years post-high school education, and TX LVN license with BLS. Preference is given to candidates with home health experience.

This position works under the general supervision of a physician, advanced practice provider, and/or nursing leadership to provide experienced para-professional nursing skills in treatment, care and safety of patients. Works within their scope of practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
