Job summary

Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate, skilled Full‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team serving Whatcom County. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with physicians and other clinicians, and support families with education and care planning.

Requirements include a Washington LPN license, current BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management.
• Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation.
• Deliver patient and caregiver education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for cohesive, quality care.
• On‑call rotations required.
