Job summary

Argus Home Health Care in Denver Metro is seeking a licensed LPN to join our home health team. You will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for clients in their homes, while assisting RNs with procedures and adhering to the plan of care and agency policy.

You should have at least one year of home health nursing experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. We offer paid training, 401k, and paid vacation/holidays as part of the benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Assist RNs with specialized procedures.
• Provide care per plan of care and agency policy.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Document each visit thoroughly.
• Teach clients appropriate self-care techniques.
