Skills of Central PA, Inc. in Lewistown seeks an LPN to provide daily nursing care at the Lewistown site and to cover homes across Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Juniata Counties. You will implement established nursing objectives and coordinate medical care for residents, while staying flexible and team-oriented.

The role features an 8A-4P schedule with on-call requirements for the supported homes, including weekends and holidays. Competitive wages and a generous benefits package are offered.

Formación

• LPN license required.
• Nursing experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability is a plus.
• Regular and on-site attendance is required.
• Valid Pa Driver's license required (must maintain valid Pa Driver's license and a good driving record).
• Post-offer physical and drug screen are also required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day nursing services and care per established standards.
• Coordinate medical care for residents and maintain compliance with nursing laws.
• Be flexible, a team player, and able to take direction and follow through on care coordination.
