Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes in Mississippi. You will work under a physician's orders and the plan of care, teaching patients and families, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of licensed nursing experience, be licensed in Mississippi, and possess strong technology skills, including mobile devices, to document and communicate care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• Minimum of one year of licensed nursing experience.
• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients in their homes.
• Teach patients, families, and other caregivers as part of the care plan.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care.
