Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nurse to administer skilled nursing services to patients in the home setting. Educate patients and families and collaborate with the health care team to implement the plan of care.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, documenting care, and ensuring safe, compassionate treatment. A current state RN/LPN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required, with driving responsibilities as needed.

• Basic technology skills including mobile device use.
