Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across Alabama. You will assess, plan and deliver care under physician orders, coordinating with families and the care team to support safe, effective home-based treatment.

Ideal candidates hold an Alabama RN license with at least one year of nursing experience and are comfortable using mobile devices and health tech.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care.
