Job summary

Caretenders, a part of LHC Group, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Home Health to deliver high quality patient care in patients’ homes. You will document visits, follow care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient needs.

Ideal candidates hold a current LPN license, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. CPR certification and prior home care experience are preferred, with flexibility to meet client needs.
