Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care for adult and pediatric patients in their homes in the Hudson area.

Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and meaningful one-on-one patient care are highlighted across full-time and part-time opportunities. Qualified candidates hold an LPN license for Wisconsin, current BLS/CPR, and are able to document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
