Job summary

Harmony Home Health and Hospice in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Registered Nurse to create and manage individualized plans of care for patients. You will apply current nursing practices with empathy and precision to support patients’ health goals and safety.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report to the supervisor.
