Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work with pediatric and adult patients in their home across East Tennessee. Standard hourly pay ranges from $26 to $30 with a $1,200 sign-on bonus and weekly pay, plus comprehensive benefits.

No homecare experience required, and paid training is available to advance skills with Johns Hopkins partnership. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, PTO, a 401(k), and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• CPR (BLS) certification. If you do not have this requirement, we can get you scheduled with us!

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
