BAYADA Home Health Care in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate at-home care to our clients. You will perform client assessments, administer prescribed medications, and educate families to support ongoing health at home.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 months of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience.
• Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required (training available)

Responsibilities

• Client assessments
• Training and education of family members
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatment and therapy
• Communication with other members of the client’s multi-disciplinary team

Education

LPN license (current, in good standing)

4 months LPN experience
