Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care to pediatric and adult patients in Florida. You will perform nursing assessments, administer prescribed therapies, and collaborate with families to support daily living needs.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, documenting care, and monitoring patient status. Flexible scheduling is offered, with competitive pay and a supportive team. LPN/LVN license, TB test and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
