Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring an LPN to provide skilled nursing care to a patient in the comfort of their own home. Shifts are M-F 7a-3p with competitive pay ($35-$37 per hour) and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering prescribed nursing services, and documenting patient data. Current LPN licensure in the practicing state and BLS/ TB or chest X-ray are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
