Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role emphasizes independent work in patients' home settings with a strong focus on safety and professionalism.

You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, document findings, and coordinate with the RN and physicians to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a practical/vocational nurse (or equivalent home-health nursing qualification).
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
