Amazing Care Home Health Services in Aurora, CO is seeking motivated LPNs with home health experience to join our team. You will provide skilled nursing visits to clients in their homes and support education and care planning.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and coordinate with clinicians and families. A Colorado LPN license, 1-2 years of nursing experience, and strong communication are required; we offer weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Pay

• Pay Range: $40.00 - $42.00 per skilled visit

Sign-on Bonus

• Full Time - $2,000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days
• Part Time - $1,000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits to join our team in Aurora. In this role, you will visit our clients in their home and help with skills needing to be assessed or managed and offering education.
