Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide one-on-one home-based care for pediatric and adult patients during night and weekend shifts. You will deliver skilled nursing, including medication administration, assessments, trach and vent care, and enteral feeding support, while closely monitoring patient conditions.

You will collaborate with families and the clinical team to follow individualized care plans, ensure safety, and promote comfort.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in home health or pediatric/adult care preferred.
• Comfortable with night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one skilled nursing in patients' homes.
• Administer medications and monitor health status.
• Perform assessments, trach and vent care, and enteral feeding support.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team on care plans.
