Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide in-home nursing care, support patients in recovering at home, and educate families to manage health needs with empathy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current drivers license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB screen and hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting, home health preferred
