Job summary

Terrace Home Health and Hospice in Boise–Meridian area seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care in a resident unit. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise CNAs and other staff while ensuring CMS vaccination compliance.

The role requires an active Idaho LPN license, strong clinical judgment, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary care setting. This is a day-shift, full-time position in a facility serving the aging population.

Qualifications: Required Skills

• A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Idaho.
