Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Davenport, FL. This PRN/per diem role offers per-visit pay of $35–$40 and the opportunity to join a award-winning team with a family-friendly, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; Home Health experience a plus.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active LPN license in Florida
• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required; Home Health experience is a plus
• IV certification preferred
• Strong initiative and independent judgement
