Job summary

Harmony Home Health & Hospice is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes. You will serve as a trusted companion, monitor conditions, and support daily activities while delivering compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CNA or Home Health Aide program.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A caring heart, positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Communicate updates to the care team and supervisors.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Help patients stay active with simple exercises or activities.
• Administer medications (as permitted under scope).
