The RN must be licensed in Virginia or a compact state and will supervise home health services, ensuring high-quality care per physician orders and plans of care. Strong clinical judgment, OASIS experience, and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in Virginia or Compact State.
• At least 1 year of experience in home health care.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in wound care, IV therapy and complex disease management preferred.
• Knowledge of home health principles and practices.

• Make patient and personnel assignments.
• Coordinate referrals and patient care.
• Ensure ongoing assessment of patient needs.
• Fill staffing gaps as needed.
• Develop, implement and update the plan of care.
• Evaluate personnel per agency policies.
