Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients' homes around Austin. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve independence with ADLs, strength, coordination, and safety.

The role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule and pay of $50 per visit, with independence in the field and meaningful, patient-focused care. A Texas COTA license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Texas COTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety.
• Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
