Job summary

Home Health of Western Colorado seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide dedicated in-home care across Western Colorado. The CNA will support patients with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs and assist with simple treatments under RN supervision.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll observe changes, report promptly, and help maintain independence, comfort and safety while upholding community-focused, patient-centered values.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to patients in Western Colorado.
