Job summary

Modani Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to support seniors and adults in their own homes throughout Brunswick, GA. You will provide personalized in-home care that protects safety, promotes independence, and preserves comfort for clients and their families.

In this part-time role, you will assist with daily living activities, manage medications, help with mobility, engage clients socially, and maintain accurate care records as part of a supportive care team.
