Choice Health At Home is seeking a Home Health Business Development Liaison in Clearwater, FL to drive growth by building referral networks with providers and community partners. You will promote our home health model, ensure regulatory marketing compliance, and align services with market needs across clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience.
• CRM Software experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish new referral relationships, presenting Choice Home Health compelling care model to become the home health provider of choice.
• Provide counsel to the Agency regarding community needs; program development including personnel and financial needs.
• Collaboratively develop and maintain policies specific to new programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.
• Assist in direction of programs through collaboration with administrative and supervisory personnel.
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Group to support safe and effective patient/family care.
• Establish a public relations program to interpret agency services and foster relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Meet and/or exceed admission goals on a monthly basis.

About the Role:

The Home Health Business Development Liaison plays a critical role in expanding the reach and impact of home health care services by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the organization's home health services, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The liaison will work closely with clinical and administrative departments to ensure that service offerings align with market needs and regulatory requirements. By leveraging industry knowledge and relationship-building skills, the role aims to increase patient referrals and enhance the organization's reputation within the healthcare community. Ultimately, this position drives growth and sustainability of home health services through proactive outreach and collaboration.

As a Home Health Business Development Liaison , you will:

Establish new referral relationships, presenting Choices Home Health compelling care model in such a way that Choice becomes the home health care “provider of choice.”

Provides counsel to the Agency regarding needs of the community; program development including personnel needs and financial needs.

Collaboratively develops and maintains policies specific to new programs.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, all local, state and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.

Assists in direction of programs through collaboration with and delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel.

Partners with the Interdisciplinary Group to support safe and effective patient/family care.

Establish a public relations program for in terpretation of the agency's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.

Meets and/or exceeds admission goals on a monthly basis.
