Job summary

BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover and Lowell is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and CHHA to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support patients in a respectful, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification or training.
• A minimum of one year of experience in home care health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities - including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and skin care, along with medication reminders and monitoring vital signs (temperature, height, weight).
• Assist with mobility, light housekeeping, and tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for patients.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
