Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a private-duty case in Rochelle Park, NJ. The role offers a consistent Monday and Tuesday, 9 AM–3 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, daily activity support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, safety, and transporting clients using the client's vehicle. NJ CHHA certification and a valid license required; new HHAs welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to drive clients using the client's vehicle as part of the care plan.
• Current physical exam.
• PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray as required.
• Experience preferred, but newly certified HHAs are welcome to apply.
