Job summary

La Vita Bella Home Health in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily living, mobility, and personal care.

You will provide companionship, assist with nutrition, maintain a clean and safe home, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality care for those you serve.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable Transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to pass drug screen.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Screening.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid Car Registration.
• Valid Car Insurance listing the applicant as an insured driver.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with respect and compassion (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Prepare light meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
