Right at Home Boston Northwest is seeking Home Health Aides and Caregivers with personal care experience for flexible part-time and full-time shifts across multiple MA locations, including Bedford. You will assist clients with daily living activities and provide companionship, helping seniors maintain independence with dignity.

Candidates should be 18+, proficient in English, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable Transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more.
• Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.
