EmmUcare Home Health in Williamsport, PA, is a local home health agency seeking dependable caregivers to help clients stay comfortable and independent at home. You will follow care plans, assist with daily tasks, and provide companionship while staying connected with the office for updates.

Starting pay ranges from $11 to $13 per hour with biweekly pay and a flexible schedule. Training, development, and advancement opportunities are offered within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Reliability and clear communication with clients and the office.

Responsabilidades

• Follow each client’s care plan and assist with daily tasks.

What You’ll Do

Follow each client’s care plan and help with tasks such as:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using our electronic visit verification system.

What You’ll Bring

• The ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and the ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.
