Job summary

CareSphere is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support pediatric patients in Emmaus, PA. This full-time role offers around-the-clock coverage from 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, with a focus on compassionate, personalized care for children and their families.

You will assist with activities of daily living, accompany patients to school, help with meals, and run errands as part of a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Bring your own certificate or inquire about our 75 hour training class.
• Child Abuse Clearance is required.
• Fingerprinting from Department of Human Services is required.
• TB Test is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming for pediatric patients.
• Accompany patients to school, prepare and serve meals/snacks, and run errands.

Key Responsibilities
