Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health, based in Williamsport, PA, seeks compassionate caregivers to help clients stay comfortable and independent at home. You’ll follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and provide companionship in a supportive, respectful environment.

We offer flexible schedules, onboarding guidance, and opportunities for advancement. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required, and you’ll join a local team devoted to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow each client's care plan and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Record completed tasks and clock in/out using the verification system.

What You’ll Do

Follow each client’s care plan and help with tasks such as:

What You’ll Bring

• The ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.


• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and the ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Pay, Scheduling, and Benefits

• Starting pay: $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer.


• Biweekly pay.
