Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is actively seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care in Ogden and surrounding areas. Join a team dedicated to enriching clients’ lives with companionship, daily living support, and respectful, person-centered care.

Schedules include early mornings, evenings, and PRN shifts across local clients. We offer competitive hourly pay, PTO from day one, paid orientation and ongoing training, holiday premium pay, flexible schedules, caregiver recognition

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Help clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Competitive pay ($17-$18 per hour)

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• 05:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  

• 05:00 pm – 12:00 AM
  

• PRN
  

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
  

• Have at least 6 months of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility (not needed if you have your CNA)
  

• Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (may obtain after interview)
  

• Be able to pass a national background check
  

• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car
