Legacy Home Care in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) for in-home care across the Twin Cities area. The role offers part-time days with pay $20–$23/hour and up to $2,000 in bonuses. Expect driving to clients, hands-on care, and flexible shifts to support independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.

• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus).
• Ability to pass a caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client.
• Build rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care.
