Job summary

Modani Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support seniors and adults in Pooler, GA. You will deliver in-home care, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal prep, and provide companionship to clients in their daily living activities.

You will collaborate with care coordinators to tailor care plans, document changes, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered service. Training is provided, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
