Qualifications

• Completion of state competency test or valid CNA license.
• Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray required.
• Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including hygiene and dressing.
• Support incontinence care and mobility needs.
• Deliver companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Remind clients of medication schedules.
• Document care provided per client’s needs.

Responsibilities

Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.

• Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
• Incontinence care and mobility support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal planning and meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Errands and transportation
• Medication reminders
• Care documentation

Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
