Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Centerville, OH is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide in-home personal care and comfort to hospice patients. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and basic comfort measures, while reporting changes to the clinical team.

You will also support patients and families at end of life, follow individualized care plans, maintain infection control protocols, and complete accurate documentation.
