Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare in the United States seeks a Home Health Aide (1099 Independent Contractor) to support clients in their homes. You’ll schedule care around your availability and follow care plans to deliver compassionate, professional assistance.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping, and report changes to the RN Case Manager. A high school diploma, training hours, basic computer skills, and a background check are required.

We’re seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide 1099 Independent Contractorto join our team. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while providing routine healthcare services in clients’ homes. This role allows you to design a work schedule that suits both your needs and those of your clients.

Responsibilities

You will follow care plans to provide safe and competent care, assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation, help with mobility, and perform routine housekeeping tasks. Additionally, you will monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.

Pay Range

USD $16.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
