Job summary

Ultimate Care is seeking Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) professionals to join a caring team serving New York-area clients. You will assist clients with daily activities and provide compassionate, professional care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting observations, and coordinating with supervising nurses. Flexible hours and competitive wages offered to support your success in home health care.

Qualifications

• Must have state-recognized HHA/PCA training with certification (HHA certs used within last two years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented and professional.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Competitive Pay

• HHA / PCA: $19.10 per hour
• Staten Island, Long Island & Westchester: $19.10 per hour
• Veteran Affairs Cases: $19.10 per hour

What You’ll Do

Your role will include:
