Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in White Deer, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time 20 hours per week on a 1099 contract. Provide in-home personal care per physician care plan.

Responsibilities include executing prescribed plans of care, administering treatments, performing patient assessments, assisting with daily living activities, and coordinating with family and physicians.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test.
• Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home health preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Administers prescribed treatments, and therapies
• Performs patient assessments, coordination of care
• Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home
• Will be working with patients in a one-on-one setting
• Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients
• Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in the White Deer, TX area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shifts: 20hrs/week, flexible schedule, perfect for those looking for Part-Time or PRN work! Opportunities available for other patients in the area.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
