Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related care role.
• Ability to work PART_TIME and FULL_TIME shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/move clients with care and provide transfers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Encourage daily exercises and safe ambulation.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the health care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families to understand needs.
