Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA - Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Pay: up to $20 per hour depending on experience and travel. Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be HHA related)
• Current HHA certificate of 75 hours or more, or Active CNA license (we do accept out of state license and trainings)

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication reminders
