Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is seeking compassionate HHAs and CNAs to join our team serving seniors and adults across multiple Florida counties. You will work in client homes, providing essential ADL support, companionship, and safe mobility assistance.

We value independent, professional caregivers with CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain required background checks. Flexible scheduling and steady hours are available as we expand.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
