Job summary
Family Pillars Home Care is expanding its team of HHAs and CNAs to serve seniors and adults in need across multiple counties in Florida. Roles involve ADLs assistance, companionship, mobility support, and home-based care in client homes.
We offer flexible scheduling, nearby assignments, a supportive office team, steady hours, and opportunities for growth as we expand into new counties.
Qualifications
- HHA certificate or CNA license is required
- CPR certification
- Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and professionally
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment
