Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care in Florida is expanding our dedicated team of HHAs and CNAs to serve seniors and adults in need of support. You will work in client homes across multiple counties, providing compassionate in-home care and assist with daily living activities.

We offer flexible scheduling, steady hours, and a supportive office team as we grow into new counties. A valid HHA or CNA certificate and CPR are required, along with a background check and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
• CPR Certification.
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
